Our 6-step approach

1. Reverse-engineer every CPQ customization in a dedicated sandbox.
2. Identify every CPQ automation in a second sandbox. Inventory and document all of the functionality.
3. Rebuild the quote process on Sales Cloud, Flows and our LWC quote UI in a third sandbox.
4. Run UAT with your team.
5. Back up all CPQ quotes in production and prepare the data migration. No historical quote data is lost; it’s transformed and pushed into the new Quote process.
6. Deployment weekend: in PROD, our team will remove the CPQ package, update Flows and Apex as needed, deploy the new quote process (Change Sets or Gearset), migrate existing CPQ data, run regression tests, then provide post-go-live support.
